A Highly Cited Survey Redefines Sex Under The Influence of Alcohol as Rape for Women
















A Kent State University survey commissioned by the American Psychological Association which was crafted specifically to extend the numbers on perceived rape. They define any instance in which a man gives a woman alcohol and she has sex with the guy as rape. Page 5 is where the redefinition begins.

The survey is titled "The Scope of Rape: Incidence and Prevalence of Sexual Aggression and Victimization in a National Sample of Higher Education Students" and it's goal was to criminalize male sexuality if alcohol was involved.
