basically train the rape accusers on how to lie about being asleep or
unconscious at the time of the sexual contact even if they aren't sure
they were raped, in order to sound convincing:
They also teach women to conceal an alleged rape from the police even though they might have medical evidence on page 8:
They tell women they also don't have to "be pushed" by the police to file a rape case, basically letting a supposed predator roam around free:
